In order to improve the capacity of each employee working at WorldSteel Group as well as to help confirm the development direction of the company in the transition period to the international market, WorldSteel Group has organized Chinese classes to help the working process of employees to be more favorable.
From 2017 to now, WorldSteel Group has achieved a considerable number of certain successes, including the fact that we are making strong moves to the international market, particularly countries in the ASIA, especially with Chinese and Taiwanese partners. These include a number of projects such as Tien Giang Tongwei, Hai Duong Tongwei, Taiwan TungKuang factory, etc. with impressive scale.
This is a good sign when WorldSteel has successfully cooperated with partners from China and Taiwan. Therefore, in order to create favorable conditions for all employees, especially the departments and divisions that need to use Chinese language to communicate with partners, customers, the WorldSteel Group management board has deployed the organization of Chinese language teaching to meet this urgent need and get enthusiastic support.
Right at the first lesson, not only the staff but also Mr. Nguyen Khanh Lam – Chairman of WorldSteel Group and many other heads of departments also attended the class. This represented the learning culture of the whole WorldSteel: constantly learning to acquire useful knowledge with the ultimate goal of serving customers better and better.

Everyone started the class with a very excited attitude, promote the spirit of boldness practiced by each individual, practical and charismatic teaching methods that made it easier for people to absorb. The lesson ended with cheery and joyful laughter, sure that after this course, WorldSteel Group’s employees will improve their communication skills and be more motivated to actively improve their Chinese skills.
