MODERN CONSTRUCTION SOLUTION

PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDINGS

QUALITY

The quality of pre-engineered steel buildings is checked and evaluated to ensure the best quality.

FAST EXECUTION

The production and erection of steel structures take place quickly.

COST SAVING

Pre-engineered steel buildings also help investors save a lot of costs of labor and materials.

AESTHETIC

The aesthetic of pre-engineered buildings is highly appreciated by investors.

WHY CHOOSE PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDINGS?

FAST PROGRESS

The steel structure is pre-machined at the factory and only transported to the construction site, erected by link bolts, so the construction time is shortened to 1/3 compared to the traditional concrete construction time, which helps to speed up construction work to put into use.

SUITABLE FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF MATERIALS

Pre-engineered steel buildings are suitable for many types of finishing materials such as Cladding, Wood, Glass, Brick, … to ensure the quality and aesthetics of the project after finishing.

LIGHTER WEIGHT

Lighter weight compared to concrete, it reduces the pressure on the foundation. In addition, with a lightweight structural frame, pre-engineered steel buildings are not affected by seismic.

COST SAVING

The price per square meter can be 25% lower than conventional steel buildings. The site erection cost is low because of faster erection times and easier erection process.

FLEXIBILITY

Pre-engineered steel buildings are flexible in expansion. The components of steel buildings are connected through pre-designed bolts and connectors, so the expansion is flexible and does not take much time and cost.

LARGE CLEAR SPAN

Pre-engineered steel buildings claim to exceed a large span of up to 100m. Pre-engineered steel buildings can be flexibly applied in many constructions, especially commercial centers, exhibition centers, airport terminals, stadiums.

COMPONENT OF PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL

The secondary structural system includes: girder beams, purlins, struts. These are cold-rolled mild steel bars of C or Z shape or hollow joist beams.

  • Beams: the most common are I-shaped beams.
  • Purlin: There are many types of purlin used to make prefabricated steel buildings. The purlin may be in the form of C, Z or U. The length and height of the purlin depend on the column steps and the load of the building. The usual distance is  1 – 1.4m.

  • Roof and wall cladding: these parts helps covering pre-engineered steel buildings and increase the aesthetics of the building.
  • Some components of Pre-Engineered building: partial block wall, gutter, wall light, rolling doors, canopy, double sliding doors, Fixed louver, aluminum windows, wall panel, ridge ventilator, gravent.

As the latest construction trend in the world, pre-engineered steel buildings are increasingly asserting outstanding advantages in many fields:

INDUSTRIAL

  • Factories, Manufacturing Plant, warehouses, Cold Storage, steel rolling Mill, assembly plants

AGRICULTURAL

  • Greenhouse, livestock farm, fertilizer factory

COMMERCIAL

  • Fair – exhibition center, supermarket / hypermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, commercial complexes, gas stations, etc.

PUBLIC

  • Hospitals, schools, airports terminal, railway stations

AMUSEMENT PARKS

  • Sports center, gym, swimming pool
