The Teambuilding program combines tourism in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet, which took place on June 20 – 21, 2020, gave WorldSteel’s members a lot of fun and memorable memories. Everyone in the group was eager for the games that the organizers had revealed on the previous days. The joyful and cheerful atmosphere filled all the departments. Smiles always appeared on everyone’s lips. The bus to Mui Ne departed….
A MEANINGFUL JOURNEY OF WORLDSTEEL GROUP
“Teambuilding 2020” program was hosted by WorldSteel with the theme of “Unite – Cooporate – Firm Success”. This is an opportunity for everyone to relax, exchange and increase the spirit of cohesion among the company’s staff. The event is like a reminder to each member: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. Only solidarity, consensus and togetherness can create sustainable success. This is a culture that will always be preserved and developed at WorldSteel Group.
JOIN THE FASCINATING TEAMBUILDING GAMES
At 3:00 pm on June 20, 2020, all the members gathered at the beach to participate in teambuilding games that were prepared by the organizer. More than 200 WorldSteel Group employees were divided into 10 teams, irrespective of office block or factory, all brothers and sisters from different departments had come together to overcome challenges from the organizer with solidarity, co-operation and support. The WorldSteel’s brothers are always full of enthusiasm, not only at work but even at play, we are always “work hard, play hard”, all as one in the exciting atmosphere of the games.
Energetic members of the WorldSteel Group family are about to enter the competition.
200 members of the WorldSteel Group family connects together to form the word “WSG” representing “WorldSteel Group” at Mui Ne beach, Phan Thiet.

The Team Building games this year are extremely diverse and attractive, sticking to the theme “Unite – Cooperate – Firm Success” and requiring the teams to use both intellect, physical strength, especially the solidarity and coordination of team members.
The teams begin with fun warm-up games offered by the MC, which are fun games to warm up the body before starting to take on the main challenges.
THE FULL OF EXCITEMENT GALA DINNER
After a day of fun activities, the members attended the exciting and majestic Gala Dinner with special performances and funny games, lucky draw.
At the gala, WorldSteel Group’s Chairman – Mr. Nguyen Khanh Lam shared his sincere words, thanks and encouragement to the employees. Although we started with a very difficult year due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, we all tried together to make the whole company successful through the first half of 2020 projects. There will be more difficulties and challenges in the future, so we need to work together to overcome them, only then are we able to succeed.

Mr. Huynh Phong Lam – Director of Human Resources, representing all WorldSteel Group personnel, received a certificate of recognizing the recent contribution from the Board of Directors.
During the party, the members of the Board of Directors continuously sent greetings to the members of the company, especially the brothers working at the factory. That showed “WorldSteel Group is a big family, where everyone lives, works, plays and grows together”.
Teambuilding 2020 has ended but great emotions still remain in each member, “Unite – Cooperate – Firm Success” is not simply a theme, a slogan but it is also a great message, containing a deep meaning that the Board of Directors would like to send to all members of the WorldSteel Group family.
