Tongwei Group is the number one company in China in the field of manufacturing aquatic feed, with more than 110 subsidiaries across Southeast Asia. From 2017 to 2018, WorldSteel Group was the general contractor of Hai Duong Tongwei and Tien Giang Tongwei factory projects.
Tien Giang Tongwei factory specializes in producing aquatic food, with an output of more than 10 million tons/year with a strong technical model, promising to become a leading seafood food factory in Vietnam.
In early 2020, WorldSteel once again earned the trust of the Tongwei Group, as the General Contractor in the project of expanding Tongwei factory, increasing the area to 37,000m2 to serve the production needs with two categories: finished goods stock and silo zone.
Silo system is able to overcome the disadvantages of many current preservation methods. Silo has been researched and manufactured by Vietnamese scientists in order to offer an optimal plan to minimize agricultural damage in storage, with the principle of preventing heat from the outside and eliminating heat from the inside with a ventilation system, creating the perfect temperature to protect the product. Silo system has saved a lot of labor as well as limited the accumulation of bacteria and impurities compared to traditional storage method.
In addition to equipping the Silo system, Tongwei also equips a finished goods stock to have more available storage space ready for serving and meet the demand of the seafood amounts regionally and globally.
