Building 40x50m Project

With the success of the steel structure export chain, WorldSteel Group has gradually asserted its position in the international market and Thailand is one of the main trading markets of WorldSteel.

WorldSteel and the investor have cooperated together through a series of projects such as Building 40x50m, Maesod and Line Nam. In November 2019, the Building 40x50m project was carefully packed and ready to hand over to the investor.

Building 40x50m project is exported to Chonburi – Thailand, structural steel is carefully processed and tested according to the US AC472 standards. In the production process for the Building 40x50m project, the QC staff of the investor always accompanies WorldSteel from the stage of importing input materials to packaging and exporting structural steel to Thailand.

The project’s materials are imported, inspected, and marked in order to be put into the production process, the steel components will be shaped with welds, then will be put into the automatic welding machine for complete welding and precisely calibrated to ensure erection. At the same time, the welds, welded joints will be checked by magnetic methods so that no cracks or defects under the surface are affected by the heat even the smallest one.

This is the premise for upcoming cooperation projects of WorldSteel and the investor. A series of successive projects that have been successfully signed and exported to Thailand have shown the trust of investors in The Country Of The Golden Temple for WorldSteel – the first and only company in ASIA to achieve IAS AC472 certificate.
